The estate dates back to 1932, and yet the aspiration today is very much in the XXI century, with a modern approach of viticulture, with responsibility and sustainability. Thibaud is a true winemaker, respecting the traditions from his family roots, but following a modern approach to vine growing and wine making. With a simple and yet very precise vision of single grape variety and single parcel, a mix of old and new methods, the result in the bottle is brilliant. A producer with a strong identity, as his wines, to revamp the future of Champagne.
