Q: How do I know if I placed an order successfully?

Q: What is your delivery coverage?
A: We cover most Hong Kong registered address, except restricted area. Further arrangement will be made for outlying islands including Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

Q: How soon can I receive the goods?
A: We will pack within 48 hours and guarantee to delivery within 1 week. (Special arrangement will be made during adverse weather.)

Q: How do you charge delivery fee?
A: Free local delivery upon purchase of HK$800 or above. HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for purchase less than HK$800 (per transaction).
