The MV 18 is a classic Giraud Champagne. Apricot jam, tangerine peel, spice, honey and hazelnut give this mid-weight, classy Champagne tons of complexity and nuance. Readers will find a Champagne of notable purity and finesse. There's plenty of Giraud intensity, but in a mid-weight style that is hugely appealing. The blend is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, all from Ay, based on 2018, with a blend of reserve wines that span vintages 1990 through 2017.

品酒師筆記：
酒莊成立於1625年，現時香檳區大部份酒莊因為商業原因紛紛採用不鏽鋼桶或其他酒區橡木桶，目前只有Henri Giraud堅持使用香檳區內Argonne森林嘅橡木桶。Fut de Chene為酒莊旗艦酒款，所有葡萄均來自Grand Cru Ay，於Argonne橡木桶進行12個月首次發酵，再經過六年時間於瓶中進行二次發酵。MV15有50%來自單一年份，調配另外50%混合年份的Reserve Wine，酒體複雜飽滿，豐富成熟果香，陳年能力強為最大特點。
