Bistrotage 19 is a truly confidential release wine, one of the most requested labels on Rollingwine. A blanc de noirs 100% Pinot Noir from the cru of Chervey made by Charles Dufour for his mother Françoise Martinot. The beautiful grapes are grown with great care following traditional and organic methods.

Vinification is 50% in oak barrels, with little intervention to let the fruit express itself. The minerality and noble acidity typical of the region's wines are balanced by delicious fruit.
