R. Pouillon les rose ai" refers to R. Pouillon Rosé (or Rosé de Maceration), a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from the Premier Cru vineyard of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It's a "Rosé de Maceration" made from grape skin contact, not a blend with red wine, and is known for its refined, red-fruit notes and energetic, layered texture, with excellent depth and juicy acidity. The wine is a testament to Fabrice Pouillon's philosophy of minimal intervention, biodynamic farming, and expressing the unique terroir of his Champagne vineyards.
