R. Pouillon's "Les Valnons" is a Grand Cru Champagne from Aÿ, predominantly a blanc de blancs (100% Chardonnay) from a historic single vineyard with chalky-clay soils, known for its unique terroir and mineral-driven, rich, and intense character with a clear mineral verve. It is a biodynamically farmed wine, fermented and aged in oak barrels, and is bottled after 12 months, resulting in a fresh, substantial wine with buttery texture and a dynamic mousse.
