Description
In Celles-Sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar, Thibaud Brocard is now in charge of the family heritage with lots of conviction. The estate dates back to 1932, and yet the aspiration today is very much in the XXI century, with a modern approach of viticulture, with responsibility and sustainability. Thibaud is a true winemaker, respecting the traditions from his family roots, but following a modern approach to vine growing and wine making. With a simple and yet very precise vision of single grape variety and single parcel, a mix of old and new methods, the result in the bottle is brilliant. A producer with a strong identity, as his wines, to revamp the future of Champagne.
