Wanting to continue experimenting with winemaking with cuvées under his own name, Jerome created Maison Jérôme Lefèvre. Since 2021, the Maison's trading status has enabled the necessary supplies to achieve objectives that extend to the best of the terroir. It’s impossible to classify Jerome’s style. Each cuvée comes from specific parcels and are experimental. He seeks the boundaries of what Champagne allows him to do and sometimes tries new techniques while maintaining respect of the terroir. Because the ambition is to experiment with wines that are always different and always bold, whether explosive or more sensitive, Jérôme’s cuvées are unique and new vintages each year. Rather than a range of repeated vintages, it is a true collection.
