Description
In the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the "Les Petites Vignes" plot in Puisieulx Grand Cru delivers a pure expression of the Chardonnay planted in 1988. Cultivated organically and in accordance with the biodynamic calendar, this vine produces grapes harvested at full maturity and then vinified naturally in barrels, with a perpetual reserve initiated in 2017. The nose opens with ripe citrus fruits, chalk and notes of white flowers. The palate, ample and chiseled, combines chalky depth and vibrant freshness, prolonged by a saline and persistent finish. A racy, precise and luminous terroir white.
