This Volnay Vieilles Vignes 2022 from Domaine Dubuet-Boillot is the flagship wine of Maxime Dubuet-Boillot, a dynamic and talented young winemaker who recently took over the family vineyards in Volnay. These 80-year-old old vines produce a concentrated and structured Pinot Noir, vinified with whole bunches by Maxime to bring freshness and silkiness.

A Volnay that opens up with intense notes of black cherries, plums, blackcurrants, and blackberries. The tannins are well-defined and silky, all perfectly balanced. A Volnay Vieilles Vignes to be kept for a few years to appreciate its full potential.
