Description
This Extra Brut Champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on approximately 40-year-old vines in the Premier Cru terroirs of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay-Val-d'Or, and Bisseuil. Vinified and aged in oak barrels for eight months, followed by 36 months of aging on the lees, it offers a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers, and a touch of minerality unfold. On the palate, the balance between freshness and structure is remarkable, with a long, mineral finish. Perfect to accompany seafood, grilled fish, or a mature goat cheese.
